𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭.


𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:


• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and  professional manner.

• Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and services.

• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.


𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:


• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a call center.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage high call volumes.
